BREAKING: Edo State Assembly Elects New Speaker Extempore, Emmanuel Agbaje – #EdoDecides2020

According AIT report, 17 APC members of the Edo State Assembly has elected Emmanuel Agbaje representing Akoko Edo 2 as new speaker Extempore for the state.

The process happened at undisclosed location.

At the venue, the 17 APC members of theEdostate house ofassembly held parallel session and also inaugurated 12 members not earlier inaugurated.

Earlier today, Police operatives took overEdo House Assembly Complex in Benin City to forestall an alleged planned attack on the facility. Dozens of the security officials stormed the complex while patrol vehicles were stationed around the area
