British based, Nigerian born boxer, finally has the bragging right about being a citizen of the country. The World unified heavyweight champion, has acquired his first ever Nigerian passport few hours after applying for it.
Anthony Joshua has been in Nigeria for some time now and from all the pictures floating in the media space, it’s clear that he is having the time of his life in the country. With his bestfriend celebrity, DJ Cuppy on his side, it has never been a boring moment.
AJ, as he is popularly called has toured the streets and villages around Nigeria, greeting his kinsmen and familiarising himself with the people as he is one of their own. In a video circulating on social media, AJ and his friend were seen in a video at the immigration office in Nigeria where they applied for a Nigerian passport and got it few hours later. He later and his friend took photos with the passport which signifies that they are true citizens of the state.
