Our attention has been brought to the publications in various online and print media on allegations of obtaining by false pretences levelled on the company and the C.E.O Mr. Okey Justine Ezeh by EFCC formulated by one Margret Onyema .
1.The publications are malicious ,unfounded, unethical and not correct.
2.That Ashford Ind Nigeria Ltd is a wholely Nigerian company incorporated in Nigeria in 1995 and is the business well-known and in assorted brush manufacturing.
3. It obvious the masterminds of the wicked publications intend to slander the image of the company and integrity of it’s C.E.O Mr. Okey Justine Ezeh.
4.They seek to use the negative publications to cover up their culpabilities, inefficiencies and unprofessional conducts in prior matter involving
of the Bank of industry .
5.The General public must note the following:
i) The company is already in court with Bank of Industry at the court of appeal Lagos suit number CA/L/723/16.
*
ii) The company had applied for 89.5 Million from Bank of Industry in 2007 to import industrial machines for expansion of its products.
iii) The machineries were imported but was not delivered to the company .
iv) That the whole importation of the 327 machines were handled by _Bank Of Industry and all the machineries are still in BOI custody from July 2009 till date_ .
v) That the facility was frustrated by Bank Of Industry. You may ask why ?
It is because of the total refusal of the company C.E.O Mr. Okey Justine Ezeh to give a BRIBERY 💰💰💰💰of 40% of the loan amount to officers of Bank Of Industry to facilitate approval of the loan .
The pictures of the said machineries are attached at the end of these notices.
vi) That the issue was escalated up to the Presidency from May 29th 2015 through a document received by the President in Defence House Abuja .
vii) That a directive✍✍ was given to CBN 🏛 to intervene in the matter .
vii) That till date no action has been taken by CBN and BOI to release the 327 Brand numbers of machines lock up 🥨🥨/ seized 🔗🔗by Bank of industry for good 10 years without any cogent reason put forward . Except frivolous petitions from one Mr. Hassan Osuwa the Bank Of Industry Petitioner whose petition lacks honesty and integrity after the investigation of the police. These are the brief contents of the petitions:
Hassan osuwa the bank of industry petitioner. He wrote petitions four times with Ezikail Oseni against Mr. Okey Ezeh.
The first was when bank of industry cleared the machines and seized them in 2009.
He wrote to commissioner of police Lagos state stating that Mr. Okey Ezeh wants to throw bomb in the bank. The commissioner invited Mr. Okey and after writing his statement the police asked him to go after the police found no truth in Mr. Hassan Osuwa’s frivolous petition.
The second one was to special fraud unit milverton Ikoyi stating that Asford duped his Chinese technician Mr. Zhang. Claiming that he owed him salary of 2 years.
The police went in again found noting in the allegations after Mr. Okey’s legal council
wrote to them.
The third petition was to Ajao Estate Police ,the police left Okey the following morning.
The fourth petition is this EFCC petition.
Why all these lies you may ask as an investigative reader and seeker of the truth in this matter ?
Now the whole truth is one redeemed “Pastor”
named Ezekiel Oseni appointed by current Vice President Oshibanjo who in due respect and honesty is not aware Pastor Ezekiel Oseni told lies about Ashford Industry.
Why? So to enable him, Mr.Ezekiel Oseni and his co evil usurpers to buy off the Machineries of Ashford Industry in BOI Warehouse as scrap and use the same machineries to start up the manufacturing of the brushes.
They even carried the Chinese man by Name Mr. Zhang whom Mr. Hassan Osuwa claimed in his frivolous petition that Mr. Okey was Owing 2 year salary to fixe the machineries for them without knowing the Chinese man only specialized on bristle brushes and this technical challenge hit badly on them . How?
Because brush manufacturing needs a whole lot of technical expertise which Chief Okey Ezeh is in good position to offer because he has been in the business for over 25 good years .
In fact, Chief Okey Ezeh was trained by his late Father who was also a known successful industrialist.
Let the truth be told there is no manufacturer in the whole world that would manufacture any products while the machineries are
seized🔗🔗🔗🔗 in a warehouse.
See the said machineries by yourself .
The picture of the seized machineries in the BOI warehouse is hereby publicly published for the interest of truth, Justice and peaceful resolution of the matter.
Viii) That the machines will give direct employment to 400 unemployed Nigerians who are frustrated and ready to be used to unleash mayhem and havoc to the society.
Ix) That Bank of industry in a bid to frustrate the company and it’s CEO petition EFCC through two dubious staffs
of Bank Of Industry Mr.Ezekiel Oseni who claimed to be an ordained Pastor of Redeemed Church and Mr. Hassan Osuwa
Claiming that Ashford Industry did not purchase the 327 equipments and the additional local fabricated items meant for the installation of the equipment sized numbering 5 items.
It is now obvious that the malicious claims put forward by Hassan Osuwa and Pastor Ezekiel Oseni through their petition to EFCC emanated from bad fate and to tarnish the good name of Mr. Okey Ezeh for total refusal to ascent the 40% bribery inducement.
If not, why is that the said machineries were seizer by BOI and the same staff of Bank Of Industry in the persons of Hassan Osuwa and Ezikeil Oseni wrote a malicious petitions in full capacity as the employees of BOI to pervert justice knowing fully well an innocent man would suffer.
The question is : who are the real hidden criminals these BOI staff are fighting for their 40% fraudulent interest which Mr. Okey refused to pay for his machineries to be released in The Bank Of Industry Warehouse?
It is the duty of EFCC to fish out these former corrupt staff of BOI through Mr. Hassan Osuwa and Pastor Ezekiel Oseni and prosecute them .
Now listen
Where are the 5 local fabricated machineries Mr.Hassan Osuwa stated in his petition to EFCC?
The 5 Machineries are in Ashford factory rotten away. Why? Because the seized machineries must be put into function before any brush is produced in the Okey’s factory.
And what about the 327 machineries ?
The Machines are getting obsolete at the bank of industry warehouse rodents instead of humans as you can see in the above pictures.
In a bid to resolve the matter in 2011 Bank of industry paid off the 89.5 million facility through CBN intervention fund Refinance and restructuring facility.
Ashford industry instructed Spring Bank now Hermitage Bank to pay total sum of 115 million for full payment of the machines.
Presently the Ashford statement of account with Bank of industry is zero.
In a bid to take over the equipments as scrap.
EFCC called a meeting between Ashford Ind. Nigeria Ltd and Bank of Industry.
Present at the meeting were Barr. Chris Emeh Head of Chambers Margret Onyema and Co., Raymond Adenuga representing Bank of Industry, Ashford Ind CEO, Mr Okey Ezeh, Sectional Head of FAFI Mrs. Nkechi Ude.
Bank Of Industry offered to pay 6 Million Naira to Ashford Ind. to enable BOI takes over the equipments but Ashford rejected it by stating that the machine moulds are patented with its brand.
Due to this rejection Margret Onyema formulated criminal case of obtaining part of the loan in false pretence charged the matter to Ikeja high court and reminded the CEO in prison custody.
.
Our appeal are:
1) The new Chairman of and Board of Bank of Industry should look into the past record of their books by printing out the rundown of Ashford Ind Nigeria Ltd. statement of account from February 2009 to date.
2) EFCC through the Chairman should open Bank of Industry warehouse and release our 327 new machines locked up since 2009.
3) It is of public interest and peace that Ashford Ind. wishes to state that the mortgage agreements and offer letters did not state that the machines would be seized by BOI, that the same
4) mortgage agreements and offer letter did not state that third party maximum data should be paid 13.5 million for local fabricated items .
5) The frustration and obstruction of terms and conditions arose after refusal of payment of 40% bribe to access low interest single digit facility .
6) The 13.5 million facility for local fabricated items is part of 89.5 million and not different loan.
The 13.5 million is also covered by performance insurance bond .
4) CBN Governor as matter of urgency recover the CBN /BOI Rrf facility approved for Ashford for expansion of its production activities.
5) Ashford Ind. Nigeria Ltd and its CEO Okey Ezeh is not a criminal but a manufacturer that refuses to pay bribe to access low single digit facility.
God bless Nigeria🇳🇬
