Meet The Nigerian Pastor Who Falsely Prophesied A Victory For Donald Trump – #Election2020–A religious cleric is facing heavy backlash on social media for falsely prophesying that Donald Trump will be reelected as President for a second term in the just concluded 2020 US Presidential election.
A video trending online shows the Pastor, David Elijah of the Glorious Mount of Possibility Church, Yaba, Lagos also prophesying that a popular politician would die upon Trump’s victory.
“If care is not taken and prayer is not made I see a politician in America committing suicide because of Donald Trump”, he told his members.
He assured his church members that “God is behind Donald Trump and He’s behind him”.
The pastor also admonished his church members that if they supported Mr Trump “God will work for his children”.
Contrary to Pastor Elijah’s prophesy, former U.S. vice president, Joe Biden, won the historic election, garnering 273 Electoral College votes against Mr. Trump’s 214, Kamala Harris is the first woman to be elected U.S. vice president.
