BREAKING: LCC Handovers CCTV Footage Of The Night Of Lekki Shooting To Judicial Panel – #LekkiMassacre—-The Judicial panel of inquiry has on Tuesday 3rd November received the video footage of the surveillance camera on the night of October 20, 2020 from the Lekki Concession Company, operators of the Lekki toll gate.
The panel which sat today continued its probe on the night of the toll gate shootings when soldiers allegedly opened fire on #EndSARS protesters, as well as complaints of human rights abuses against members of the defunct Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).
The Managing Director of LCC, Abayomi Omomuwa while submitting the CCTV footage of the night of Lekki shooting to the panel said, “I can confirm that inside here is the video footage that our surveillance camera was able to record for the 20th of October.”
