Comedian Deeone Says Tanzania’s Diamond Platnumz Richer Than Davido And Burna Boy Combine
The Genius Media Nigeria reports that Comedian, Deeone has claimed that Tanzanian music star Diamond Platnumz is richer than Nigerian artists, Davido, Wizkid, and Burna Boy combined.
In a video shared on his Instagram page, Deeone cited Diamond’s lavish spending at the wedding ceremony of Priscilla Ojo, daughter of actress Iyabo Ojo and Tanzanian singer, Juma Jux. Videos of Diamond spraying $100 bills at the afterparty have gotten many Nigerians talking.
Reacting to the video, Deeone claimed Diamond reportedly spent over $350,000 during his stay, including on random giveaways and expenses at clubs and parties.
Deeone also criticised Nigerian artists for being stingy and failing to live up to their promises, contrasting them with Diamond’s open-handedness.
“Diamond Platunumz is richer than Davido, Wizkid and Burna together. I did not believe that this particular artist is this wealthy. This one is not noise, we are seeing the money. He came for Priscilla and Jux’s wedding and he has spent more than $350K” he said in part

However, some have questioned Deeone’s claim, insisting that the net worth of Nigerian singers mentioned is far higher than Diamond’s.
