The Genius Media Nigeria reports that the presentation ceremony held at Oyo State Exco Chamber, Governor’s office, Agodi Ibadan, on Monday morning.
Makinde, in his a remark, hinted that the chiefs who collected money during the process will be prosecuted.
Oba Owoade was accompanied by his subjects from Oyo town.
