Vladimir Putin has unleashed an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) on Ukraine for the first time during the war.
This morning’s attack from Russia’s southern Astrakhan region comes 24 hours after Ukraine deployed US and British missiles to strike targets inside Russia.
Footage circulating on Telegram channels shows the strike on the central-eastern city of Dnipro.
