MUST WATCH: Historian Claims Jesus Was An Igbo Man Who Was Born And Crucified In Owerri Imo State—A Nigerian historian has shared a different perspective on the birth and crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
According to him, Jesus was born in Owerri, Imo State, and was given a Nigerian name.
However, not everyone believed that he was the son of God. The historian also mentioned that the New Yam Festival in Igboland is associated with the crucifixion of Jesus, as he was supposedly crucified in Owerri.
Contrary to popular belief, the historian claimed that Jesus was crucified in a shrine called “Ekwe kor oma temple” in Igboland, rather than on the cross at Golgotha.
