The Blues have taken a significant step in securing his services and according to French outlet SportsZone, have agreed on personal terms with the 21-year-old pending an agreement with his club, Crystal Palace.
Chelsea have already seen a €30 million bid rejected by Crystal Palace this summer, but with an agreement on the player’s side in tow, they will certainly be making another move for Olise.
