BREAKING: Reggae Girlz Of #Jamaica Knocks Out #Brazil From 2023 #FIFAWWC—-Brazil were knocked out of the Women’s World Cup by Jamaica after the two sides played out a 0-0 draw on Wednesday.
The South American side were looking to bounce back from their defeat against France in their second group game, but struggled to break down Jamaica’s stubborn defence.
Jamaica also showed plenty of attacking intent themselves, and deservedly held on for the point they needed to move into the last 16.
They secured second place in Group F behind France, and now face a wait to find out their next opponents, with the Reggae Girlz set to return to action next Tuesday.
