BREAKING: Barcelona To Sell 5 First Team Players [FULL LIST]—Barcelona are planning something of a clear-out this summer as they look to free up some space on the wage bill and bring in added funds for their transfer budget.
The Catalan giants comfortably won La Liga this season, finishing 10 points clear of second-placed Real Madrid, but they dropped out of the Champions League early and then flopped out of the Europa League at the hands of Manchester United.
Xavi knows he needs to improve the squad to be competitive on more fronts, but with the club still not in great financial shape, players must leave before reinforcements can arrive.
Reports from Spain, via Cope, state that Ferran Torres, Franck Kessie and Ansu Fati will all be available for transfer this summer, while big bids for the likes of Raphinha and Andreas Christensen would also be considered.
Fati came through the youth ranks at Barca, but the other four only moved to the club last year, with Torres signing from Manchester City in the January window, while Kessie, Raphinha and Christensen all summer signings.
Both Kessie and Christensen were free transfers, with the former joining from AC Milan and the latter from Chelsea, with Barcelona happy to cash in on them as it will mean significant profit for them if they receive big transfer fees.
Torres was signed from the Etihad for an initial £46.7m, plus £8.5m in add-ons and has only started 14 La Liga games this season, so they may struggle to make a profit on the Spain international, but there will plenty of interest in the 23-year-old.

Raphinha has been a more regular started under Xavi this season, scoring seven goals in 25 La Liga starts, but the Cope report states that an offer of over £60m would convince Barca to sell.
The former Leeds star was wanted by the likes of Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool before he moved to the Camp Nou, so there will certainly be Premier League interest in him if he is up for grabs this summer.
Torres and Christensen also have impressive Premier League experience, while Fati has been linked with the likes of Liverpool, Wolves and West Ham.
