The paper writes: “Real Madrid will pay Borussia Dortmund a guaranteed £87million for Jude Bellingham — with a further £21m potentially to follow in performance-related add-ons.
“Los Blancos hope to wrap up their move for the 19-year-old England midfielder this week following the end of the Bundesliga season. He has been offered a six-year deal, with Real agreeing to pay the German side between £1.75m and £3.5m a season in extras over the course of the contract.
“Those sums will depend on the Spanish side’s league and cup performances in each campaign, and the number of games Bellingham plays and the goals he scores.
“Spanish sources suggest he will start his career in Madrid on a weekly wage that falls well short of their highest-paid players but that increases in 2025 and 2026 will put him well amongst them.”
