#BREAKING_NEWS: What Sammie Okposo‘s Family Said After His Death—–The Genius Media Nigeria reports that the family of gospel artiste and award winning singer, Sammie Okposo has made an official statement announcing the death of the boisterous artiste, who passed on today, 25th of November, 2022 at the young age of 51.
According to information available to “TGM“, Sammie Okposo who only returned from the US where he had gone to sign one of his biggest music contracts with the world’s biggest music company, slumped early in the morning and passed on after a few hours.
Okposo was said to have slumped and died in his home earlier today.
However, a statement issued on behalf of his family by Hector Okposo said the family announced his demise with a heavy heart.
The statement said more details about the burial would be communicated soon.
It said the family is consoled by the fact that Sammie is with Jesus and singing with the angels.
The statement reads in full: “It is with a heavy heart but with total submission to God that I announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, minster of God, Sammie Okposo.
“Sammie slept and went to be with the Lord on the morning of Friday, November 25, 2022.
“More details about the burial will be communicated soon.
“We are consoled because we know that he is with Jesus singing with angels, we kindly request that the family is allowed to grieve peacefully at this time.
“Hector Okposo, for the family.”
