#Leadway Assurance Graduates 34 Trainees [PHOTO]—Leadway Assurance Company Ltd. said it had graduated 34 young and vibrant professionals following their successful completion of its 2022 Graduate Trainees Programme to bolster the talent pipeline.
The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Leadway Assurance, Mr Tunde Hassan-Odukale in a statement made available on Sunday in Lagos, said the successful trainees had been inducted into its diverse business portfolios.
Hassan stated that the six-month intensive and immersive programme equiped the young graduates with the relevant skills required to thrive in the dynamic and ever-evolving workforce.
He noted that the programme aligned with the organisation’s corporate twin mandate of providing career opportunities and upskilling Nigeria’s growing young, vibrant and productive population.
