BREAKING: #ASUU Strike Extended [DETAILS]—–A meeting of the National Executive Council (NEC) of the striking Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) is currently holding to decide the fate of Nigerian students wether or not to call off the ongoing strike by the union.
The Union has been on strike for 196th day.
The NEC meeting is holding at the Union’s national headquarters at the University of Abuja.
As at the time of filing this report on Monday morning, the meeting is still ongoing.
Decision whether to suspend or continue the strike is yet to be announced as deliberations are in top gear at the meeting.
