BREAKING: English Premiership Club To Go CryptoThe Genius Media Nigeria reports that to reward fans, Leeds United have partnered with Chiliz, a global blockchain provider in the sports and entertainment industry.

The LUFC fan tokens will be available on Socios.com, a free app for fan engagement and in the upcoming weeks, the token will also be available to all MyLeeds members and season ticket holders.

Fans will be able to participate in a global digital community on Socios.com that will honour the Leeds Utd Fan Token, which will be minted on the Chiliz blockchain for $CHZ.

In games, competitions and quizzes related to their favourite club, fans can use these tokens to compete with fans across the world.

Fans are able to purchase fan tokens from 46 major sporting organizations, including FC Barcelona, Atlético Madrid, Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, AC Milan, Inter Milan, Arsenal, Everton, and the Argentina and Portugal national football teams, among others.

English professional football club Leeds United is based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Leeds City became a club after the Football League disbanded Leeds City in 1919, taking over their stadium Elland Road.

Two Charity/Community Shields, three English league titles, one FA Cup, one League Cup, and two Inter-City Fairs Cups have been won by the club. Bayern Munich defeated the club in the 1975 European Cup Final.
