The idea is already in the pipeline and may see the light of the day sooner than later.
This online medium also gathered that the move which is going to target high net worth Nigerians and medium income earners who buy between N5,000-N50,0000 worth of airtime monthly and Buhari government hopes to make about N10 billion monthly if it’s properly executed.
The source further informed TGM that some telecoms operators are already in the know but are not happy with the development.
