BREAKING: Many Feared Dead As Military Aircraft Crashes In Abuja—A military aircraft King Air 350 has crashed moments after leaving the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
The Genius Media Nigeria reports that this was made known by the minister of aviation Hadi Sirika vis his twitter handle on Sunday that the aircraft reported engine failure en route Minna, Niger State capital.
Information available at press time shows there might be no survivors.
“A military aircraft King Air 350 has just crashed short of our Abuja runway after reporting engine failure enroute Minna. It appears to be fatal. We should remain calm & wait for the outcome of investigation by the military, while we pray for the departed soul/souls if any. ,” Mr Sirika said.
