#EndSARS: Ambode’s Statement On Gov Sanwoolu’s Mental State Resurfaces Amidst Lekki Toll-Gate #EndPoliceBrutality—Reacting to arrest of peaceful protest which has been turned messy by Men of the Men of the Lagos State Rapid Response Squad, RRS, Social Media Users and Aggrieved endsars protesters has suddenly the former Governor of lagos state, Akinwummi Ambode for warning Lagosians against voting for Governor Sanwoolu in the 2019 gubernitorial election.
The Genius Media Nigeria reports that this is due to the fact that the peaceful protest ongoing at Lekki Toll-gate has turned to something else as protesters are being arrested and taken to police station.
Among the protesters arrested is popular comedian, Mr Macaroni, and some other #EndSARS protest champions.
Nigerians have taken to their social media to express displeasure in Governor Sanwoolu over this attack on peaceful protesters
They are not letting lawyers see the arrested protesters.
The Police said they have direct orders from the Lagos State Governor to arrest protesters & known frontliners of the #EndSARS protests & will soon move them to Ikeja.
