BREAKING: Nigerians To Begin NIN Registration As NIMC Staff Suspend Strike-The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) workers on Friday suspended the industrial action which they embarked upon on Thursday over the fear of COVID-19 spread in the agency.

But after a meeting with the Federal Government, they have now decided to put the strike on hold, where it was agreed that the workers’ demands would be answered.

Asekokhai Fortunate, President of the Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria, NIMC unit, confirmed the suspension of the industrial action, saying that commission staff across the country will be contacted by Monday to resume work and begin to register Nigerians for their national identification numbers.
