Governor Sanwo-olu In Renewed Crisis Over Lekki Shootings – #EndSARS—Its been 3 weeks after that tragic Tuesday night of lekki shooting and what many generations will always remember as #LekkiMassacre, #LekkiGenocide or #BlackTuesday.
The government of Nigeria has played the blame game, denied the shooting ever occurring, underrated it and now they await time to help them sweep it off the minds of the people.
Nigerians are however not having it. Hence they’ve called out the governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwoolu to stop being mute on the shooting and give them the answers they seek.
How did a peaceful protest turn violent overnight? How did Soldiers shoot Lagosians right under your nose and you underplay it, Who gave the order for unarmed civilians to be butchered by military personnels?? All these and much more are some of the questions Nigerians have been asking.
Taking to various social media platforms, Nigerians continue to drag the Governor. Read what some people tweeted:
They don’t want to account for the shooting of lekki toll gate
I think we need to wise up
Sanwo-Olu can’t setup a panel and expect the panel to work successfully https://t.co/Ly2jr26Tc7— HolyZaddy 🎧🧢 (@Kingzaddy_T) November 10, 2020
#EndSARS Eromosele Adene @simplyEromz was flown into Abuja earlier today from Lagos, this was plot hatched by @jidesanwoolu and @policeng authorities to clampdown heavily on #EndSARS promoters, sad news now is that @simplyEromz is very sick and hospitalised within FCID in Abuja! pic.twitter.com/M2ivKTGg7h

Morning. Tell your people to stop targeting and harassing us for simply wanting to not be killed. We aren't stopping so do better for everybody's sake. #EndSARS #FreeEromz— Fontaine. (@TheAlchemist___) November 10, 2020

Until this guy is arrested and prosecuted for disrupting a peaceful protest, i would NEVER take the government of @jidesanwoolu serious on anything.#EndSARS #LekkiMassacre pic.twitter.com/tKFNLWzGKc
