Congratulations Mr President As You Defeated An EvIl Man, Obasanjo Tells Joe Biden – #ByeByeTrump—Nigeria’s Elder Statesman and Former Nigerian President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo has congratulated U.S. President-elect Mr. Joe Biden following his defeat of incumbent President Mr. Donald Trump.
The Genius Media reports that Biden won in Pennsylvania late Saturday evening moving his Electoral College votes to 273, two figures above the required 270.
Obasanjo took a swipe at the incumbent in his letter, insisting that President Trump turned things upside down and told the President-elect to restore the role of the United States as the largest economy in the world.
He wrote;
is “not that the world was perfect and equitable but it was reasonably predictable with some measure of rule of law and respect for international agreements and treaties.
“President-Elect Joe Biden must restore the role of America as the largest economy in the world which has a very significant responsibility for the peace, security, stability and progress of the world”.
In celebrating Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris as the first female Vice President of the U.S., Obasanjo said: “We in Africa are proud of her success.”
