Twitter Restricts President Trump’s Tweet, See Why – #USElection2020—America’s Micro-blogging bird app has flagged US President, Donald Trump’s tweet accusing some people of trying steal the presidential election.
Trump is going head to head with Biden for a second term to serve Americans. As the results trailed in, Trump announced on Twitter that votes can’t be cast after the polls have been concluded, as he revealed he was going to have a big win.
Trump tweeted:
“We are up BIG, but they are trying to STEAL the election. We will never let them do it. Votes cannot be cast after the Poles are closed!”
“I will be making a statement tonight. A big WIN!”
Twitter immediatly flagged off his tweet and placed a warning and added a misinformation label on the tweet.
Explaining their action in a tweet, they stated that the message contained a potentially misleading claim about the ongoing US election.
