BREAKING: Governor Sanwo-Olu To Ease Lagos Curfew, See When – #LagosMassacre—In a live interview on Arise TV this morning, Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu revealed that the 24-hour curfew imposed on the state might be eased by Friday.
Once the the agitation and high nerves in the state has gone down, the curfew might be uplifted tomorrow, October 23rd so that Lagos residents can re-stock food supplies and other essential provisions, he said.
“Once we see the streets are cleared up and all the agitation and high nerves have gone down, we might slow down the curfew by tomorrow (Friday) or next tomorrow (Saturday) at the latest,” he said on Thursday morning.
The curfew was imposed by the governor as a measure to curtail the destruction and unrest in the state, following the shooting of unarmed EndSARS protesters.
Hoodlums in the state, has taken advantage of the #EndSARS protests, to vandalize government and private properties across the state.
