According to the viral video, men with army uniform stormed Lekki Toll Gate and opened fire at the unarmed and peaceful protesters who were reciting Nigeria’ National Anthem.
First, the lights went off, few minutes later, sounds of gun shots took over the air, instilling fear on the protesters. Within a short period, the shots were directed at the protesters, killing six and inflicting injuries on protesters.
Irked by this evil act, Nigerians rose and challenged the federal government led by President Muhammadu Buhari, and called on the intentional bodies to intervene.
