HAPPENING NOW!!! Stand Still At Lekki As #SARSMUSTEND Protesters Block Toll Gate [PHOTOS/VIDEOS]—End SARS protesters have taken to the roads of Lagos to demand the release of their fellow protesters arrested in the course of their nationwide March.
The Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, on Sunday afternoon made the announcement to disband the unit so as to soot agitators and to curtail the situation.
However, very early this morning, 12th of October, they’ve blocked the Lekki Toll Gate Section of the Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos State, to resume demonstrations.
This development led to early morning gridlock as commuters and motorists on their way to work were on standstill.
They thought we will allow them to pass through the Lekki toll gate because they are "police officers". But we made them realized that this is now our territory ✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽.
And they had to reverse ✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽
