BREAKING: Okonjo-Iweala And South Korea Candidate Makes It To Final Stage For WTO DG—–In the race for the Director General position of the World Trade Organization, Nigeria’s Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has made it to the final stage of the selection process.
As the only African left in the race, she will now be competing against South Korea’s Yoo Myung-hee for the top role.
Even as the two women race for the WTO job, it is certain the organization will have its first female director general in its 25-year history.
