BREAKING: Ojo And Akabueze Included In National Assembly New Appointments [FULL LIST]—-Various appointments have been made into different positions In the National Assembly by its service commission as contained in a statement by the NASC Chairman, Ahmad Amshi.
Olatunde Ojo was confirmed as the substantive Clerk to the National Assembly (CNA), while Chinedu Akabueze is the substantive Clerk to the House of Representatives. Both had been in an acting capacity since July.
Other confirmed appointments includes: Bala Yabani, Deputy Clerk to NASS; Dauda Ladan, Clerk of the Senate; Yusuf Danbatta, Secretary to NASC; Orunwase Osaze, Secretary Human Resources and Staff Development; Adebanjo is the Secretary, Legal; Ramatu Ahmad, Secretary, Research and Information; Basir Hamza, Secretary, Health Service; Sani Tambuwal, Secretary Health Services.
Aimua Ehikioya, Secretary, Special Duties; Liman Sanda, Secretary, Procurement, Estate and Works; Oladoyin Suraj, Secretary, Inter-Parliamentary and Protocol; Iloba Ugochi, Deputy Clerk of Senate (Legislative).
Navati Illiya is the Deputy Clerk of the Senate (Administration); Damzariya Himidu is Deputy Clerk of the House of Representatives.
All appointments were effective September 30, except for Akabueze whose appointment would take effect from November 25.
