BREAKING: Governor El-Rufai Signs Bill For Castration Of Child Rapists––Number one citizen of Kaduna State, Governor Nasir el-Rufai on Wednesday signed into law the Penal Code 2020, which recommends castration of child rapists.
The Genius Media Nigeria report that, a statement on the official Twitter handle ofel-Rufai @GovKaduna, declared that any male found to have raped achild will henceforth be castrated while female convicts will undergo “bilateral salpingectomy.”
El-rufal tweeted:
