The Appeal Court sitting in Owerri on Tuesday affirmed Duoye Diri as Bayelsa Governor after dismissing the suit filed against his emergence.
The governorship aspirant of All Progressives Congress (APC) Timi Alaibe had approached the court to challenge the emergence of Diri as Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate.
