As the covid-19 lockdown continues, Some residents of a community in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun state were seen in a video scooping palm oil which spilled on the road from a tanker.

The residents, not minding the unhygienic condition of the oil rushed to the spot where it spilled and began scooping into their various cans.

Some people were even seen stepping directly on the spilled oil while others scooped.

The video which is already going viral on social media, has got many people talking. Most of the decrying the dirty attitudes of the residents of that community.

Some other people blamed the act that made Nigerians Scoop Palm Oil on the ongoing lockdown across the country, stating that what would the people have done when their government never provided for them, despite telling them to sit at home.
