A Nigerian lady has slammed Lagos State Governor, Babjide Sanwo-Olu, and his advisers for banning Okada (motorcycles) and Keke Napep (tricycles) in the state.
Starting from Saturday, February 1st, the Lagos State Government began enforcing the restriction notice issued to commercial motorcycle operators on Monday, January 27, 2020.
In many parts of Lagos, hundreds of riders were arrested and their bikes seized by the state task force as the state government continued its bid to regulate transportation in the state.
The witchhunt against the Okada and Keke riders led to many putting away their bikes and tricycles for the day and that seemed to affect a lot of road users.
One of such persons who was affected by the decision of the government took to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter, to lash out at the state government after she had to trek for over 40 minutes.
The twitter user, @TheSibbyl, held nothing back in a scathing attack on Governor Sanwo-Olu and his advisers.
In a Twitter thread, she wrote: “F**k you @jidesanwoolu for making me walk for 42.50 minutes to my destination, through excruciating stomach cramps. I spent a good part of that time cussing you and your moronic band of advisors out, so it’s just as well that I say it to your handle. F**k you for the suffering!”
