Legendary Nigerian musician, King Sunny Ade was 73 years old yesterday! Born Sunday Adeniyi, ‘KSA’ as he is fondly called is, without doubt, one of the most influential musicians to ever come out of Nigeria.
As expected, he is being celebrated by his teeming fans both home and abroad.
Christened Sunday Adeniyi Adegeye MFR and professionally known as King Sunny Adé, he was born on September 22nd, 1946.

He is one of the first African pop musicians to gain international success. He had been called one of the most influential musicians of all time.
