Ihedioha Appoints 29 year Akwarandu as SA New Media.
The Governor of Imo State, Emeka Ihedioha has approved the appointment of some individuals into his cabinet .
The Governor , according to a Press Release made from the office his Chief Press Secretary , Mr Chibuike Onyeukwu made 29yr Old Izuchukwu Akwarandu , his special assistant on New Media among other appointees.
Below is the list of appointees;
1. Prof. Chudi Uwazurike – Special Adviser (Diaspora)
2. Hon. Jones Onyereri – Special Adviser (Political)
3. Hon. Jeff Ojinika – Special Adviser (Inter-party)
4. Dr. Sonny Ogulewe – Senior Special Assistant (Admin), SSG’s Office
5. Hon. Richmond Osuji – Senior Special Assistant (Rural Development)
6. Barr. Anselm Okorie – Senior Special Assistant (SDGs)
7. Uche Udozor – Senior Special Assistant (Agricultural Development)
8. Abba Chimaraoke – Senior Special Assistant (ICT and e-Governance)
9. Estella Mbadiwe – Senior Special Assistant (Health Services)
10. Emeka Opara – Senior Special Assistant (Legal Matters)
11. Adaora Onyechere – Special Assistant (Information and Advocacy)
12. Izuchukwu Akwarandu – Special Assistant (New Media)
“His Excellency believes that their wealth of experience will add value to the rebuilding of the state , ” The Press Release Continued .
Also, According to the Press Release , these appointments are to take effect immediately.
Mr Izuchukwu , who graduated from imo State University in 2013 ( IMSU) with a Bachelor in English and Literary Studies was also a Pioneer Director-General of the Imo People’s Democratic Party .
He served as national President of National Association of English and Literary Students between 2012 and 2013.
