Job Title: Regional Manager

Job Description
The Regional Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing and supervising sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals.
- Creating a distinct sales process for medical reps and sales reps to follow
- Building a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
- Establishing clear sales objectives for the week, month, and year.
- Ensuring the sales team does not deviate from strategic goals and objectives.
- Analyzing and reporting on monthly sales outcomes to the Head, Marketing.
- Holding frequent performance reviews with staff to provide constructive feedback.
- Continually monitor and track regional sales performance.
- Ensuring customer issues are attended to appropriately and efficiently.
- Educating regional sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings on how to win specific markets and clients.
- Managing and supervising sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals.
Requirements/Skills
- Up to date knowledge of marketing best practice and eye for creative marketing opportunities.
- Sound Product Knowledge.
- Strong Negotiation Skills and ability to effectively manage resistance from difficult prospects so as to make successful sales.
- Strong understanding of effective PR and Marketing Communications.
- An ability to lead and inspire marketing teams.
- Problem solving, critical thinking, analysis, teamwork, written and verbal communication.
- Candidate must also be willing to work within Lagos, South West and South East Geographical regions as applicable.
Education Requirements
- Candidates must possess a B.Pharm degree and must also possess a License to Practice Certificate.
- Candidates should also have experience as a Regional Manager in a Pharmaceutical Organization.
