The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has announced a town hall meeting with the IPOB family in Germany on Saturday, April 27, 2019.
The IPOB leader, who made the announcement on his Twitter handle on Wednesday said that the meeting will hold in the “historic city of Munich”.
He said that the time of the meeting will be announced on Radio Biafra and enjoined his followers to join him in a live question and answer session.
Kanu leads the group which seeks secession of the eastern part of Nigeria to form the Biafran Republic. The group has since been proscribed by the Nigerian government but they have however continued their agitation for an independent nation.
