The Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) has said that it has caught a man at the North Bank Area, Makurdi, with large bags containing lots of money.
The man according to the commission confirmed that money belongs to Emmanuel Jimeh, the gubernatorial candidate of the APC in Benue state.
“While trying to arrest him, officers of the Commission were attacked and vehicles vandalised,” EFCC said.
