A malfunctioning card reader has stalled voting process at the Ikoyi polling unit of the Lagos All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
Mr Sanwo-Olu is yet to arrive at the polling unit.
Officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) at the polling unit have suspended voting in the unit until the technical fault is solved.
An official of INEC, who refused to give his name, said voting could not commence with only one card reader.
There are two polling booths at the Lateef Jakande Avenue/Femi Okunnu, Ikoyi, polling unit, with 1100 registered voters.
