The 2018 MTV Video Music Awards has come to a close and we have the full list of who won what during music’s huge night.
With the theme of ‘Everything Might Happen’, this year’s edition of the music awards offered plenty of surprises and exceptional performances.
In its irregular form, the award did not parade a regular host, but it featured rapper Cardi B, who led the nominees’ list with ten nominations opening the awards show.
Cardi B tricked the audience by faking an unveiling of her son, Kulture at the awards with a wrapped baby clothe during her opening set.
It also witnessed so many great performances by Ariana Grande, Shawn Mendes, Post Malone, Backstreet Boys, Logic, Travis Scott, and Jennifer Lopez, who brought out Ja Rule on stage and also received the night’s biggest honour in the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.
Madonna was on hand to pay an emotional tribute to the late Aretha Franklin and present the award for the Video of the year.
