Donald Trump Approves The Sale of Advanced 12 Fighter Aircraft To Nigeria

President Donald Trump has approved the sale of twelve advanced fighter aircraft value N219 billion ($600 million) to Nigeria’s Air Force for the fight against the violent extremist group, Boko Haram, White House officials briefed on the matter told the Associated Press.
Trump has pushed forward plan to sell the attack planes to Nigeria once it had been suddenly suspended by the Barack Obama administration following the January bombing of the Internally Displaced Persons, IDPs, camp in Rann, Borno State.

The sale of the planes was a part of the problems mentioned by President Muhammadu Buhari and mister Trump in the maiden telephone last Feb.
